Conference: Gender, ‘Race’ and Performance: Re-visiting the Black Atlantic

The upcoming conference, “Gender, ‘Race’ and Performance: Re-visiting the Black Atlantic,” will be held at the University of Liverpool, 11-12 June 2019.

The conference has been co-organised by the Department of Modern Languages and Cultures at the University of Liverpool and the Institute for Black Atlantic Research (IBAR) at the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan). It is supported by a Regional Conference Grant from the Institute of Modern Languages Research and the Centre for the Study of International Slavery (CSIS) at the University of Liverpool.
